§ 1 Scope
1. The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the customer as a consumer and Ebuy24.co.uk, Langkær 2a - DK-6100 Haderslev, Managing Director Ricki Schmidt, unless expressly amended by written agreement between the parties. All contractual services are subject to these GTC.
§ 2 Offer; Conclusion of Contract
On Ebuy24.co.uk you can exclusively order items via our website.
All listed prices are in Euro and include statutory VAT.
Prices listed are daily prices.
(1) Images or drawings included in our offers are only approximately authoritative unless expressly declared binding by us.
(2) Customers can select products from our range and add them to the “shopping cart” via the “Add to Cart” button. By clicking the “Checkout” button, customers can enter their name and address and then click “Buy Now” to select the payment method.
(3) Customers must check the box at the bottom left confirming acceptance of the GTC and Privacy Policy.
(4) By clicking “Buy Now,” customers proceed to the payment window to complete the purchase.
(5) An order confirmation will be automatically sent to the previously provided email address.

Low price guarantee at Ebuy24.co.uk – No one should pay too much!
At Ebuy24.co.uk, we want to ensure we have the best market price and our customers get the best deal.
It’s that simple:
1. You find the item cheaper! Have you found an identical item cheaper at another retailer? Or did we lower the price of an item within 30 days after your purchase? We will adjust the price if the conditions below are met.
2. You contact us! Send us a photo showing where the item can be bought, including the valid offer date – whether you saw it on our homepage or elsewhere.
3. We investigate! After receiving your email with photographic evidence, we review everything and quickly inform you whether the item is comparable and if we can adjust the price.
Conditions for price adjustment:
Contact must be made within 30 days after placing your order with us.
This also applies if you ordered via our webshop and the price was later reduced.
The price guarantee can be used once per order.
The price includes delivery to curbside. Transport, assembly, or other additional services are not included in the price guarantee.
The price guarantee does not apply to opening offers or limited quantity deals. It cannot be combined with other discounts.
The item must be in stock with both us and the competitor.
The competitor's item must be covered by UK law regarding warranty, consumer protection, customs, and VAT.
Price guarantee does not apply to auctions or offers requiring membership.

§ 3 Payment Terms
You can pay with the following methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Special Order is considered a custom order, therefore a deposit of 50% of the item value is required when ordering.
Generally, such orders cannot be canceled – if cancellation occurs, the deposit is non-refundable.
We do not refund the deposit because your ordered furniture is custom-made according to your specifications and cannot be resold at the same price.
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery is made by freight forwarding service. The freight service delivers to the curbside or, if possible, to the ground floor entrance. You will be contacted by phone in advance to arrange the delivery time exactly with the freight forwarder.
When accepting the goods, please ensure that the boxes are undamaged. If there is the slightest doubt, please make a note on the delivery receipt.
It is also possible to agree with the freight service that the goods may be placed at an agreed location, such as a garage, carport, or similar.
Longer delivery times can be expected on or around public holidays.
§ 5 Contract Language
The contract language is exclusively english.

§ 7 Complaints
The statutory warranty for defects applies.
For faults, defects, or damages to the goods, please contact us by email at info@ebuy24.co.uk. Describe the defects and, if applicable, include photos of the damages in the email. After reviewing the photos, we will check if the complaint is justified and inform you of the next steps.
If individual parts can be replaced, you can find an overview of all parts with their designations in the assembly instructions. Please specify the parts that need to be replaced. Complaints may also be resolved by a complete replacement of the goods or a price reduction, depending on the situation.
§ 8 Applicable Law
All legal relationships between the parties are governed by the law of the Republic of Austria, excluding the laws on the international sale of goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence is not withdrawn.

Withdrawal

The following withdrawal instruction applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier takes possession of the goods. In the case of partial deliveries, the withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party other than the carrier takes possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ebuy24.co.uk, Langkær 2a, DK 6100 Haderslev, email: info@ebuy24.co.uk) by means of a clear statement (e.g., letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notification. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this refund.
We will collect the goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of about 75 GBP. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
